This Sangiovese has been crafted with traditional methods used in old world Italy. Aged in 500 liter casks, it delivers glimpses of cinnamon and clove, with red fruit undertones. Oak tannins complement the finish. It pairs perfectly with osso bucco, and will age gracefully in the years ahead.

This wine exhibits classic Syrah characteristics with a bouquet of black currant and a hint of anise. The  palate shows pepper, cinnamon and truffle, with a finish kissed by tannins and clove.
