This Viognier starts out with beautiful ripe peach aromas. The French Oak and Acacia barrels enhance the aniseed and honey through the mid-palate. The finish graces you with a rich summer apricot kiss. This wine will pair well with many sharp cheeses as you sit and enjoy on a warm summer evening.

This Grenache Blanc shows a fragrant topicality on the nose with mango & a touch of honeysuckle up front. The palate is lively with a grip of lime zest, leading into melon and pineapple flavors followed by a dusting of baked green apple to finish. Pairs well with herb crusted chicken or Moroccan vegetable tagine.

This wine shows hints of bright raspberry and brambleberry, with a middle of rich Hungarian Oak and a whisper of cinnamon. Subtle oak tannins provide a delightful finish. A great complement to rich Italian dishes.

As you begin your journey this wine opens with spicy white pepper, transitioning into violets and blueberries, with a hint of black olive in the middle and a subtle oak tannin finish. Roast leg of lamb is our first choice for dinner. Drink now or age for 6-7 years.
