Our exclusive signature selection Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from barrels hand selected by Thérèse Martin. The barrels are uniquely blended to represent the characteristics and microclimate of our upper Estate Vineyard. This wine is timeless, so enjoy a bottle now and for several years to come.

Our upper and lower estate vineyards were planted in 1993 on a quadro-lateral lyre trellis system. The Cabernet Sauvignon is planted with clones #4, 7 and 8 all on 110R rootstock. The vines are cane pruned, drip irrigated in the upper vineyard and dry farmed in the lower vineyard. Our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon embodies the true characteristics of Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon. With an average harvest of 2.5 tons per acre from our upper vineyard.
85% whole berry, 15% crushed. Fermented in 1.5 ton bins. Eleven day fermentation. Highest fermentation temp – 81.5 degrees. Punched down 3 times per day. Pressed at 0 brix.
