Distinctively Santa Clara Valley terroir, this Merlot hints of plum and blackberry, with a velvety vanilla middle. The finish is kissed with a hint of chocolate as you linger through your glass. Aged 24 months in 50% new and 50 % neutral French and American Oak.

4 Vineyard blend from just east of the Santa Cruz Mountains. All 4 Vineyards are drip irrigated and on various trellis systems
60% whole berry, 40% crushed. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Seven day fermentation. Highest fermentation temp – 86 degrees. Pumped over 3 times per day. Pressed at -0.7 brix.
Cooperage: 40% American Oak, 25% French Oak, 35% Neutral French Oak
