Distinctively Santa Clara Valley terroir, this Merlot hints of plum and blackberry, with a velvety vanilla middle. The finish is kissed with a hint of chocolate as you linger through your glass. Aged 28 months in 65% new and 35% neutral French and American Oak.

2 Vineyard blend from just east of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Both Vineyards are drip irrigated and on various trellis systems
60% whole berry, 40% crushed. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Eight day fermentation. Highest fermentation temp – 80 degrees. Pumped over 3 times per day. Pressed at -1.2 brix.
Cooperage: 40% American Oak, 25% French Oak, 35% Neutral French Oak
